Scotty Tsunami (b. 1997, San Francisco, CA) is a photographer and filmmaker based in Los Angeles. Drawing from his upbringing in San Francisco’s vibrant Chinese community he creates images rooted in youth culture, nostalgia, Kawaii aesthetics and Asian heritage. His work captures moments that blur the line between fantasy and reality.

In 2024, Tsunami showcased two solo exhibits Boyhood and Wishing You Abundance both rooted in cultural storytelling.

Beyond his photography, he has appeared as a muse and personality for major brands like Calvin Klein, Converse, Nike, REI, and Instagram - collaborating with renowned artists and creatives including Glen Luchford and Carlos Nazario.
